Opinion on Just Rights for Children Alliance & Anr. vs. S. Harish

I have written a piece on the Supreme Court’s recent judgment in S. Harish. More commonly known as the “Child Pornography” Judgment. The judgment has sought to criminalise viewing of Child Pornography, which I have tried to argue against.
