Hi everyone!

I have recently written a short piece for the Criminal Law Blog – NLU Jodhpur.

Theme – The Karnataka High Court, and the Madhya Pradesh High Courthave noted rising cases of romantic relationships between minors, and the invocation of POCSO in prosecuting such minors. The problem has been dealt with in the 283rd Law Commission report. I have argued against the implementation of the suggestions of the report.
